Agreement

By creating an account, accessing Daily 50, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you use Daily 50 for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

The service

Daily 50 helps users import sales data, organize daily call queues, log outcomes, schedule follow-ups, manage account and contact records, and use optional AI-assisted research, import, chat, and note features. Daily 50 is not a phone carrier, VoIP provider, legal compliance system, or guarantee of sales results.

Accounts and security

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and sessions.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe your account is compromised.
• We may require login verification or suspend access to protect the service.

Your data

You retain ownership of the lead, contact, account, call, note, file, and workflow data you upload or create in Daily 50. You grant us the limited right to host, process, transmit, display, analyze, and back up that data as needed to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and lawful basis required to upload and use any personal information in Daily 50.

Calling and outreach compliance

You are responsible for complying with all laws and rules that apply to your calls, emails, messages, lead lists, consent records, unsubscribe requests, do-not-call lists, caller identification, and recordkeeping. Daily 50 provides workflow tools, but it does not decide whether a specific contact or outreach activity is lawful.

AI-assisted features

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted research, summaries, field mapping, notes, and recommendations before relying on them. Do not use AI output as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Daily 50 for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service.
• Do not sell, rent, or sublicense access to Daily 50 without permission.
• Do not use the service to violate privacy, anti-spam, telemarketing, or consumer protection laws.
• Do not reverse engineer or scrape the service except where law allows it.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices, limits, plan names, and features may change over time. You authorize recurring charges for any paid subscription you start. You can manage or cancel billing through the available billing controls or by contacting support. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise in a written agreement.

Third-party services

Daily 50 may depend on third-party providers for hosting, storage, billing, email, security checks, AI processing, search, and enrichment. Their services may be subject to their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Intellectual property

Daily 50, including its software, design, branding, workflows, and documentation, is owned by Arcadie Systems or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Daily 50 to you.

Availability and changes

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also update these terms. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the product, email, or an updated effective date.

Disclaimers and limits

Daily 50 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free output. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Arcadie Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Daily 50 at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, fail to pay fees, or use the product in a way that may harm others. After termination, we may retain or delete data according to our Privacy Policy, legal obligations, backups, and legitimate business needs.
